While we strive to deliver your order in mint condition, on rare occasions ceramic items can be damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email. All returns must be approved by email and assigned an R.A. # (return authorization number) before being returned to us. Returns are accepted within the first 5 days of you receiving the product. While we do not return or refund purchases, we will gladly replace any item damaged during shipping. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost to us. Once inspected, Artistic Ceramics, Inc. will pay for the return shipping to you. Our intention is to offer the best service before, during and after the sale.
